When you create an account or use Proofy, we may collect:

• Display name — to personalize your experience
• Email address — for account registration, sign-in, password recovery, and service-related communications
• Authentication method — whether you signed in with Apple, Google, or email and password

We do not receive or store your Apple or Google password. Email/password credentials are handled through Firebase Authentication.

2.2 Tasks and Focus Data

To provide the App's core features, we store:

• Task titles and proof instructions you create
• Focus schedules, routines, and blocking preferences
• Task verification status and AI feedback text
