1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Proofy mobile application for iOS ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Proofy ("we," "our," or "us"). Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Proofy. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you should use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be responsible for your use of the App.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Proofy, you must create an account using one of the supported sign-in methods (Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or email and password). You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or pose a security risk.
